CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Most of our shipments within the EU (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Sweden, Austria) arrive without any import duties.
However, international regions — especially the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada — may occasionally charge import taxes or customs fees.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by VIKA & EVE.

RETURNS

Because each item is produced individually for your order, we do not accept physical returns.
If there is an issue with your order, we will fix it.
We replace your order free of charge if:
• The item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
• There is a print or production defect
We may ask for photos of the issue so our production team can verify and replace your order.
