SHIPPING POLICY – VIKA & EVE
All ELYSI pieces are printed and made to order.
This avoids overproduction and ships from the closest production partner to reduce delivery time.
Estimated delivery times (production included)
• Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France: 2–7 business days
• Other EU countries: 3–8 business days
• United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–8 business days
• USA: 3–8 business days
• Canada: 3–10 business days
• Rest of World: 7–15 business days
Tracking is sent automatically by email once your order has shipped.
Customs & Duties
Some countries may charge import taxes or customs fees.
These charges are determined by local customs and are not controlled by ELYSI.
Lost, delayed or damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us.
We will check with our production partner and replace the item if confirmed lost or damaged.
Address issues
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, delivery may fail.
When a package returns to sender due to address issues, we can reship once a corrected address is provided (additional shipping fees may apply).
Customer service
We reply to all messages within 24 hours.
